Is Power Gals Industry Specific?

We normally get this question on a daily basis: Is Power Gals Seat Specific? Or is it open to anyone that would like to join? 

Power Gals is NOT Seat Specific. Meaning that yes there can be more than one person representing any industry, any profession, any company. Why because there is enough business for growth. Plus everyone has a different personality, you want to do business with people you like.

May I attend a meeting before registering?

Yes, we welcome any new guests to come and visit any of our networking meetings to see if Power Gals is the perfect fit for you. Guests can visit ONCE before having to become a registered member. Most of our guests fall in love with our organization right after attending their first meeting. We try to our best to make everyone feel welcomed.

How do I update my profile?

Now you can update your own profile anytime. Simply log in to your profile and update anything that needs updating. 

What if I don't have a Networking Chapter location near me?

Then send us a message via email. We are always looking for new areas to bring Power Gals to more women. Maybe you have what it takes to open a new Networking Chapter location in your area or you might know of someone that can be a great Leader in your community. ​

Do I have to be a member of Power Gals to pay for advertising our Business Logo?

Advertisement is open to the public. You don't have to be a member of Power Gals to advertise your business on our website. Just have in mind that our team evaluates every request to make sure that the companies that wish to advertise with us are in alignment with Power Gals LLC. Power Gals LLC. reserves the right to decline any company if we don't think that it's in alignment with our organization.

Do you have Social Events?

Yes we do! Besides our networking meetings, Power Gals love getting together after office hours to simply have fun and relax. So please ask your Chapter Leader(s) on creating a fun Social Event for your Chapter.​

Most of our Social Events are posted on website's Event's page our Facebook page. 

Why should I join the Facebook group?

By being part of our private Facebook group will give you the opportunity to connect with more members of Power Gals. This also gives you inside access to awesome events that are happening all year long. 

I'm retired, can I attend a meeting?

Yes!! At Power Gals we welcome everyone to attend our networking meetings. Regardless if you are retired, unemployed, a stay at home mom, new to Florida, new business owner, or what ever your situation may be. We always welcome non members to attend any of our meetings because you might end up making great connections with some of our members. Then if you love the experience, you are welcomed to become a registered member of Power Gals. 

Can I bring a friend to a meeting?

Yes, please bring your friends with you to any of our networking meetings. We love having new guests all the time. Plus you can share our meetings with all your friends on Social Media. Just remember that to maintain a professional atmosphere as these a business networking meetings. So being respectful & quiet while other members speak their commercials is important. 

Can I promote other networking groups?

This is a Fragile subject to talk about. We simply ask that you reframe from promoting other networking groups during our meetings and on our Facebook page.  In return, please be polite when you attend other networking groups. I know that most of you love saying great things about Power Gals and we truly appreciate that but just be polite and ask the hostess of that networking meeting if it would be okay for you to talk about Power Gals at their meetings. 

Can I wear my face mask at our meetings?

Most definitely yes! We want to make sure that you feel 100% secure about wearing a face mask during our meetings. The important thing is for you to feel safe. We can't force anyone to wear face masks but we want to make sure that you feel it's okay  and acceptable to wear them. 

Where can I purchase a cute Power Gals T-Shirt?

Can I post about other businesses that are not registered?

No, Only post about your own business. If you believe that someone else's business would benefit from Power Gals then they should register their business with us.

Can I bring my products to sell during the meetings?

Yes, we welcome our registered members to bring products to sell before or after our networking meetings. 

I would recommend that you ask your Chapter Leader is this is okay with them just out of professional courtesy. Some restaurant locations may not have enough space for you to display your products. 

Can I offer discounts to members of Power Gals?

Absolutely yes!!! We love and appreciate when business owners offer discounts to our members of Power Gals.

Can I register more than one business?

Yes, you are more than welcomed to register more than one business with our organization. Simply register your second business under Become a Member and process the payment for your second business. 

 

Can I post my personal events on the website?

No sorry, the Calendar of Events page on our website are exclusively for our Networking Meetings, Professional Mixers and Social Events. Or for events that our being hosted by any of our Chapter Leaders. This is to avoid confusion and to protect the flow of how things are posted our Calendar of Events Page. 

But you are more than welcomed to promote your special events on our Facebook page or on the Members Community within the website. 

How can I become a featured Sponsor on the Power Gals website?

If you are interested in becoming a Sponsor or having your business log ADVERTISED on the Power Gals website, please contact us via email: PowerGalsNetworking@gmail.com 

It costs $500 to have your business logo advertised on the Power Gals website. 

Let us know if you are interested in becoming a sponsor and our office will provide you with all the information and send you the invoice via PayPal once you decide to move forward. 

How can I become a Leader?

Click on the tab called Become a Leader. After you have read that entire page, and you still are interested simply fill out the application form. Once we have received your registration form, please give us a few days for us to review it. 

Please understand that filling out the application form does not guarantee that you will be approved in becoming a Leader. 

I don't have time to attend any meetings. Can I still join?

Absolutely! For busy business owners like yourself that may not have enough staff for you to go out and promote your own business, all you need to do is register your business on our website. This way, you don't have to attend the networking meetings but you can still have the information of your business listing on the Business Directory. 

How do I renew my membership?

In your membership Dashboard you will see the option to renew your membership. 

When is it time to renew my membership?

Your membership anniversary will always be the same date of when you first became a new member of Power Gals. That is your anniversary date for renewing each year.  You will receive an automated notification one month before your membership expires. You can renew as soon as you receive that notification, you don't have to wait till the very last day to renew. The sooner the better to avoid forgetting to renew on time.  If you don't renew on time, your information will be automatically removed from the website and Facebook page. 

Power Gals Newsletters

The Power Gals Newsletters go our every Monday. If you are not receiving them, please check your Spam Folders. Also, what happens often is that people tend to input the wrong email addresses when they are registering for the first time. So please verify that the email you entered was your correct email address. Sometimes large corporations prevent certain emails from reaching their employees. If you work for a large corporation and you are not receiving our newsletters or emails in general, then you should consider updating your corporate email address for your personal email address. That way you will always stay well informed of everything that is happening within our organization. 

Who do I contact if I have a question about the meetings?

If you have a question about any of the upcoming networking meetings, please contact the Chapter Leader(s) for that Chapter location. The contact information for each of the Chapter Leaders can be found on each of the events posted on our Events Page. 

Can I sell anything with the name Power Gals or with the Power Gals Logo?

NO! Power Gals is a Registered Trademark. You will require written authorization from the owner(s) of Power Gals® LLC. before you can sell anything related to Power Gals®.  

Can I visit other Networking Chapter locations if I am a registered member?

Yes! One of the many awesome perks of being a registered member of Power Gals is that you have access at NO EXTRA CHARGE to all the Networking Chapter locations in our organization. You are welcomed & encouraged to visit as many of the other Chapters as possible. With Power Gals you can literally visit each and every one of our networking Chapter locations. You can network as much as you want or as little as you desire. That is completely up each individual member. 

How many employees can I have under my membership?

Only one profile per each paid membership. That means that only one person's information will be displayed on a profile in our Business Directory. Only the registered member will have access to our member's only Facebook page. You can have up to 3 employees attend our networking meetings to represent your registered business at no extra cost. If your employees want their own profiles in the Business Directory then they have to purchase their own membership. Recap: You can have any of your employees attend the networking meetings on your behalf and talk about your company, and/or you are welcomed to bring your employees with you to our networking meetings at anytime. 

How do I become a Member?

Becoming a member is easy. All you need to do is click on the tab that says "Become a Member" fill in the registration form and process your payment. Once you complete your registration you will become an instant member of our amazing organization. 

How can I find out when my membership expires?

You can see the date of when of when your membership expires directly on your profile. That way you can renew your membership before it expires.
